Buyer Questions

-Is shipping expensive?

Shipping will depend based upon the seller’s discretion. If you  have any questions or concerns, contact the seller.

-What payment methods are acceptable?

Debit card and Credit cards

What is the policy on refunds?

Refunds will only be acceptable if item is delivered faulty or broken by our discretion. In order to provide proof of faulty or broken items, we require that you send your photo to info@sportswatcherss.com

How long is the wait for shipping? 

Due to our high demand, most items will take between 2 – 4 weeks for shipping. Please have patience as that means it may take longer than originally expected. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact us and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

 

Seller Questions

-I just registered. How do I add products to the website?

-What are the fees?

We charge a 15% commission fee. A percentage of this fee covers the fee charged by PayPal. In addition, there is a $1.00 transaction fee.

-How do I get paid?

Once an order is received, you will receive payment through PayPal within 48 hours.

Keep everything on SportsWatcherss. Once it’s outside of SportsWatcherss, we cannot help the situation. If all transactions and communication are done on SportsWatcherss, then we can help. Please remember that you are not buying from SportsWatcherss, but from a seller on SportsWatcherss. As we will try our best , we cannot guarantee 100% of transactions.
